Teaming Up for Your Best Flights
Gettysburg Travel Co. offers a spectrum of published and private air offerings
We charge to book flights.
There, we said it.
It’s exacting work, and a mistake can cost headaches and hundreds of dollars. You’ve been there, sitting in front of the computer, trying to compare prices, airlines, airports, service levels, flight times, layovers and next-day arrivals. Sometimes you look for days or weeks if you’re not in a time crunch.
Finally found something? Book it now, or it’s gone. Don’t forget to ensure everyone’s reservations reflect their travel document names, dates, passports and more.
Those days are gone for you. We charge $40 per person on a domestic round trip/$65 for international or using airline miles, to take your pain out of booking flights. The charge is non-refundable, and it lets you enjoy the best of published airfares, plus access to private negotiated fares that can save you hundreds on international routes.
Even better, we take away the snap decision. We can reserve your flights early in the day and send you an invoice to pay directly and securely before 11:30 p.m. That gives you time to examine your itinerary and ensure that everything works for you. (This option is not available for direct airline bookings.)
If you use this option, $15 of each ticket charge is billed by our ticketing service and goes to them, not to us.
If something goes wrong at the airline or with your itinerary, it’s not just you and the huge airline with the tiny customer service department. We and our colleagues book thousands of passengers on more than 50 airlines around the world. You have a customer service team working on YOUR behalf, not the carrier’s.
Some things remain the same: You must still provide accurate names and birthdates that match each passenger’s travel documents. The method of payment must match one of the passengers; no third-party credit cards are accepted.
