Gettysburg Travel Co. is a full-service travel agency specializing in leisure travel for medical professionals but catering to all travelers who seek “Getaways Worthy of Their PTO.”
TravelHelpSTAT.com is a website owned and managed by Gettysburg Travel Co., and Gettysburg Travel Co. may receive compensation from any transactions initiated through links on our website. This revenue enables us to provide comprehensive online services for our clients.
In some cases, Gettysburg Travel Co. may charge planning fees, and you will be advised in advance of any charges. Such fees are non-refundable. If planning fees are assessed, a delivery date will be provided for the travel proposal, and fees must be paid before work commences. Planning fees may be applied to a trip as follows:
- In full applied to bookings made within 7 days of proposal delivery
- Fifty percent (50%) applied to bookings made 8-14 days after proposal delivery
- Twenty-five percent (25%) applied to bookings made 15-30 days after proposal delivery.
- No application of planning fees beyond 30 days after delivery of the travel proposal
Air booking fees are non-refundable and are not credited to ticket prices.
